City of Hope Academy to Admit new Orphans

As part of its goal of uplifting the underprivileged children in Liberia, the City of Hope Academy in Marshall Margibi County is set to open its doors to new group of orphans.

This is part of Clar Hope Foundation reaffirmation of its mission to providing free quality education and a safe environment to Liberia’s most vulnerable children especially those in rural communities.

Mr. Jackson Paye Gbamie the head of Administration at the Clar Hope Foundation in Liberia announced that the institution will admit new group of   seven (7) orphans for the upcoming academic year. Accordeing to Mr. Gbamie, the Clar Hope Foundation is offering not just education, but shelter, meals, clothes and emotional support to children who have lost one or both parents.

The city of Academy founded on the principles and academic excellence by Madam Clar M. Weah former first lady of the Republic of Liberia already has 20 kids from four counties in Liberia. The newly admitted orphans will raise the number to 27 kids.

The school is currently working with the relevant authority to ensure the new orphans record are properly done in accordance with laws of Liberia.
