Financial empowerment to over 300 Liberian women through micro loans

The objective of the program is to assist these market women and petty traders to either restart their businesses on a small scale (for those whose businesses have totally collapsed) or augment their current working capital (for those who have rebuilt their businesses but are struggling to grow).

The ultimate goal is for their businesses to stand on their own and also be in position to repay loans they may have taken from financial institutions and other creditors. The program is expected to augment GoL efforts in providing relief to vulnerable segment of our population.

This is a Micro-Small Medium Enterprise (MSME) product aimed at providing concession loans and business management skills to market women and female entrepreneurs engaged in trade and other commercial activities.

Target Market: Liberian-owned MSMEs owned and managed by Liberian women.
